Most of Quality Transformer and Electronics' transformers are designed to include an electrostatic shield. Isolation provided by these transformers can help protect against shock, suppress noise to help protect equipment, and improve power quality. Total harmonic distortion (THD) and harmonic content can cause overheating. To combat this, Quality Transformer and Electronics can design transformers with the proper K-Factor, lowering the temperature output and allowing the transformer to perform more reliably.
Every unit we build begins and ends in the United States. Quality Transformer and Electronics' central office is based in Milpitas, California. As your request comes in, we begin our design process of your transformer. From here, we begin to engineer and draft what the unit will look like, how many turns of conductor it will have, what type and how much of a specific core is needed, and begin crafting the transformer. On site is our manufacturing plant, designed for lean production and fast lead-times.
This hands-on process ensures that every transformer is built to your specifications and performs properly every day a year. This promise is sealed with a Made in USA print and each transformer comes with a 1 year warranty.
