Quality Transformer and Electronics designs and manufactures Power Conditioners and Line Conditioners to suppress transient voltage and provide clean power. The need for increased power quality arises in new applications and new industries every day. Power Conditioners and Line Conditioners are commonly required in semiconductor processing, semiconductor test, medical imaging and telecommunications, as well as defense and aerospace. These transformers transform a rectangular, trapezoidal, or other non-sinusoidal pulse to interface a low voltage control circuit to a high voltage, high power pulse for radars, linear accelerators, or specialized medical oncology equipment. Our team of engineers can design your next Pulse Transformer to minimize distortion of the pulse shape, to have low leakage of inductance, and to have a low coupling capacitance between the primary and secondary for purposes of protecting against transients. Quality Transformer and Electronics is familiar with all the unique requirements for powering furnaces. We have experience producing Furnace Transformers, Rectifier Transformers and Rectifier Assemblies used in semiconductor processing, induction furnaces, vacuum furnaces and metallurgical furnaces. Our engineers can design a three phase transformer and/or rectifier to accommodate up to five zones for each three phase unit, allowing separate zones to be powered with different power levels at different times.
