Quality Transformer and Electronics' can enclose any transformer in a standard or custom enclosure to protect the unit from dust, rain, heat, or more severe elements. These enclosures include, but are not limited to:

Circuit Protection, Fuses, and EMO Options
Quality Transformer and Electronics prides ourselves on being up-to-date on industry standards of safety and function. When needed, we can select and include a primary and secondary circuit breaker for your next transformer. Depending on your requirements, our engineering team will select a breaker with the correct trip curve, current, and voltage rating and connection type (ring lug, compression fitting, etc.).
If the application requires a fuse, we will select one that is properly rated to fast or slow blow, and is also readily available and mounted in an easily accessible location.
Custom Terminals & Connections
Quality Transformer and Electronics can provide any type of terminal connection our customers require. From special sockets to a specifically located buss bar, our manufacturing and design skills can fulfill such requirements.
Electronic Tap-Changing
Electronic tap-changing is an additional feature Quality Transformer and Electronics offers our customers. From the ability to remotely change the taps to the use of a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), we are able to offer our customers complete electronic tap changing. In the long run, these options improve convenience, safety, and overall usability.

Universal Voltage Taps and Multiple Secondaries
Whether you want your product to operate anywhere in the world, want to use the transformer for multiple applications, or want multiple secondaries to power different loads simultaneously, Quality Transformer and Electronics can include any primary or secondary voltage required.

Low Inrush Designs and Step-Start Integration
Quality Transformer and Electronics has years of design experience to minimize or even prevent nuance circuit breaker trips. For highly inductive loads such as motors, Quality Transformer and Electronics' engineers will incorporate low inrush into designs. If other limitations such as impedance requirements prevent the customers from using this solution, Quality transformer and Electronics can integrate a soft start or step start into the transformer assembly, virtually eliminating nuance tripping altogether.
Safety Agency Approval
All transformers Quality Transformer and Electronics' manufactures are NR TL listed to the appropriate UL Standard, CE Mark or CSA/CUL. In the event that our customer requires a specific certification, we have experience working directly with the Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratories to ensure the product is manufactured and listed to the correct standard.
