Since 1964, Quality Transformer and Electronics has been trusted to manufacture custom high voltage transformers for some of the most prestigious Fortune 500 companies. Quality Transformer and Electronics understands that building a High Voltage Transformer requires more than just engineering expertise, but a high level of manufacturing expertise as well. Our engineering and production crew can design and build single-phase and three-phase transformers in air with voltages going up to 50 kV. If your application requires a higher voltage than this, Quality Transformer and Electronics implements oil, cast coils, or Sulfur Hexafluoride (SF6) as an insulating medium. Using oil, we can design and manufacture custom high voltage transformers upwards of 250kV. Corona is often a common failure point for many High Voltage Transformer manufacturers. Quality Transformer and Electronics not only has the capability to do a partial discharge test prior to shipping, but also has a custom designed 75 cubic foot vacuum casting chamber to cast high voltage coils. Casting often eliminates the need for using oil as an insulator, thus making it more environmentally friendly.

High Voltage Isolation Transformers require not only a high level of engineering talent, but a manufacturing team with experience building high voltage products. Quality Transformer and Electronics' has years of dedicated experience and refuses to takes shortcuts in manufacturing or engineering our solutions, ensuring your High Voltage Isolation Transformer is reliable and safe. A High Voltage Isolation Transformer is used when there is a high voltage circuit that needs to be isolated from normal voltages and a ground. Quality Transformer and Electronics can design up to 300kv of isolation using any variety of Air (Dry Type), Oil, insulating gas such as Sulfur Hexafluoride (SF6), or cast coils.
