Reactors

Quality Transformer and Electronics' engineers have worked with and designed custom reactors for many applications, including: wind generation, oilrigs, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), and even ski lifts. We have the engineering talent and manufacturing knowledge to produce a broad range of high-quality reactors. If your application requires a typical Iron Core Line Reactor, a Saturable Reactor (with corresponding transformer), an Air Core Reactor, a Current Limiting Reactor (CLR) Pancake Style, a Water Cooled Coil Reactor (to save space), a Resin Cast Coil Reactor (for extreme environmental conditions), a Current Limiting Reactor, a Motor Starting Reactor or a Reactor designed for Power Factor Correction, Quality Transformer and Electronics' Mechanical and Electrical Engineers will design a Reactor to your unique specifications.

Inductors

Quality Transformer and Electronics designs and manufactures Inductors and Chokes using many different kinds of core materials, conductors and insulation types for a variety of industry applications. If space is an issue, Quality Transformer and Electronics can design the unit to be water-cooled or enclosed in a special box to properly duct air to force cool. Further, if your choke will be exposed to a harsh environment, Quality Transformer and Electronics will design and manufacture the unit to be cast in the appropriate resin using our stainless steel vacuum chamber. Each unit will be designed with the correct current, voltage, and inductance to meet our customer's individual needs.
