Quality Transformer and Electronics can design parts to meet nearly any power rating. Ranging from 5 VA to 2,000 KVA (2 MVA), we have the expertise and capabilities of designing and crafting transformers large and small.
Frequency
Our engineers can design to almost any frequency. 
If your circuit will be operating domestically, overseas, or in Aviation, we have the appropriate generator to ensure we can test the unit at the correct operating frequency.

We are able to design parts to meet your specifications. We can design to nearly any input to output voltages required.
Single and Three Phase
Quality Transformer and Electronics' autotransformers are offered in either single or three phase circuits from 100 VA up to 2,000 kVA (2 MVA). Each design can be customized for specific dimensions, frequency, current, and voltage level.
Custom Dimensions
Our design expertise coupled with Quality Transformer and Electronics' internally designed automated core cutting sheer and punch capabilities, allows for the ability to design and manufacture to any feasible dimension. We can design units to be either wall or floor mountable.
Impedance
Quality Transformer and Electronics has been designing parts for customers with very specific requirements. An important factor is impedance, pertaining to power quality, voltage regulation, and limiting short circuit current. Our ability to design to any numerous of demands allows us to provide our customer with the solutions they need.
Regulation
Our customers require a wide spectrum of power necessities. Quality Transformer and Electronics factors in impedance, losses, and power factor on the load to design to the needed regulation.
Isolation
Most of Quality Transformer and Electronics' parts are designed to include an electrostatic shield. Isolation provided by these parts can help protect against shock, suppress noise to help protect equipment, and improve power quality. If your application requires a very high level of isolation and good overall power quality, refer to our line of Noise Cut Transformers (NCTs), Isolation Transformers, and Power Conditioners.
K-Factor Rated Transformers
Total harmonic distortion (THD) and harmonic content can cause overheating. To combat this, Quality Transformer and Electronics can design parts with the proper K-Factor, lowering the temperature output and allowing the parts to perform more reliably.
Made in USA
Every unit we build begins and ends in the United States. Quality Transformer and Electronics' central office is based in Milpitas, California. As your request comes in, we begin our design process of your parts. From here, we begin to engineer and draft what the unit will look like, how many turns of conductor it will have, what type and how much of a specific core is needed, and begin crafting the part. On site is our manufacturing plant, designed for lean production and fast lead-times.
This hands-on process ensures that every part is built to your specifications and performs properly every day a year. This promise is sealed with a Made in USA print and each part comes with a 1 year warranty.
